NOURISHMENT NOT PUNISHMENT

You may have already read a little about my work, but here is how I arrived here.

Becoming a mother was the beginning. It sparked a deep curiosity about nutrition, natural living and the long-term impact of the choices we make every day. Having my daughters changed how I viewed food, healthcare and responsibility. Over time, my interest became something much more intentional.

For many years I built a successful corporate career in London. Outwardly everything looked established and secure. Yet inwardly I felt called towards something different. A slower, more conscious way of living and working. Eventually I realised that if I truly believed change requires action, I had to follow that advice myself.

Ayurveda had long been part of my personal study. In 2020 I completed my initial diploma, but I knew I wanted depth, not just information. I went on to train with Myra Lewin at Hale Pule, immersing myself in a traditional, practical approach to Ayurvedic living. Alongside this, I completed a 100-hour Yin of Life teacher training with Wivi-Anne Nyberg and qualified as a Transformational Coach.

My learning continues. It always will.

What I offer is not a trend or a quick fix. It is a body of work rooted in ancient wisdom and refined through lived experience. Each person’s constitution, rhythm and healing journey is unique. My role is not to prescribe a rigid formula but to help you understand your own patterns and restore balance in a sustainable way.

Through studying and living Ayurveda deeply, I have strengthened my digestion, navigated hormonal transitions with ease and released habits that once felt normal but were quietly draining me. The results were not dramatic or extreme, they remain steady, grounded & lasting. This is the kind of change I believe in.

Ayurveda teaches cause & effect. When we align with nature & listen to the signals of our body, health becomes something we cultivate rather than chase.

Inner Nourishment exists to share that understanding, through programs, reflective writing, teaching and when appropriate, one-to-one guidance.
